Sanjay Malhotra

Chief Financial Officer, Partner

Sanjay is a Senior Partner at Vortalsoft. His responsibilities include guiding and executing the organization's overall strategic vision and positioning VortalSoft to be one of the foremost leaders in Contact Center and IT Services Solution. Having spent over 14 years in telecom, information technology and the financial industries, Sanjay has developed an extensive cross-functional experience in business development, technical support operations, conceptualizing and executing new projects, and managing profit centers. Examples of Sanjay's expertise can be seen at some of finest Fortune 500 companies such as Morgan Stanley, AT&T and Siemens.

Sanjay holds a Master in Computers from JNU, Delhi and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Stephens, Delhi.

Jayesh Dave

Chief Operating Officer, Partner

Jayesh Dave is a founder and a Senior Partner at VortalSoft. He has been a member of the leadership team since Vortalsoft's inception. As an entrepreneur and a leader of project services, Jayesh has played an integral role in the development of VortalSoft as a premier IT solutions and services company. Jayesh has played a pivotal role in shaping VortalSoft as a key provider in the Contact Center and Computer Telephony Integration arenas. Under his leadership, VortalSoft has emerged as a premier distributor, partner, and system integrator of Aspect Software. Prior to VortalSoft, Jayesh founded an independent consulting company in 1995, and provided IT consulting services to marquee clients such as Merck-Medco (now Medco Health Solutions).

Jayesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT).

Ann-Marie Casey McCann (AMC2)

Senior Vice President: Global Contact Center Practice

  As Senior Vice President: Global Contact Center Practice, Ann-Marie is responsible for the strategy and overall management of VortalSoft Global Contact Center Practice, which includes Global Technology & Operations, Enterprise Sales, Implementations, Applications Development, Consulting Services, as well as Delivery Services and Support. In addition to overall leadership of the Contact Center Practice, Ann-Marie is responsible for ensuring our Customers success and satisfaction.

Ann-Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster  University, specializing in strategic, operation and international business.

She also holds a International Degree in Management (IMM/MBA) from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management

Over 18 years experience building high performance sales teams using a consultative, solutions selling approach as well as a positive, success based leadership focus. All leading to a tremendous track record of success of revenue growth, expanding brand equity, and achieving unmatched financial results.

Satya is responsible for our end-to-end IT staff augmentation sales that includes strategic relationship with our enterprise customers and System Integration partners. He also manages our onshore and offshore global resource recruitment. Satya held similar tactical sales positions in the earlier part of his career.

Michael Lahosky

Director - Implementations and Customer Development

Mike has spent the last 25 years supporting technology customers in all facets including networking, telecommunications, server and PC support as well as ACD/PBX and VOIP technologies. The last 19 years have been spent supporting these technologies in the contact center industry. Mike’s team is responsible for technical pre-sales, PMO and project life cycle, implementations, Workforce Management delivery and customer satisfaction.
