Give VortalSoft at least 1 week notice of any reboots or work you will be performing on your system or your network that may directly affect the system so are aware of changes


Escalation Procedure

  • Call support @ 866 569 3323 immediately and follow up with an email to support@vortalsoft.com
    • If unable to speak with anyone leave a voicemail
  • If not contacted back in 15 minutes, call Mike Leger at 519-771-0403
    • If unable to speak with anyone leave a voicemail
  • If not contacted back in 15 minutes, call Mike Lahosky at 519-209-6145
    • If unable to speak with anyone leave a voicemail
  • If not contacted back in 15 minutes, call Ann Marie McCann at 519-209-5235
    • If unable to speak with anyone leave a voicemail and proceed back to the first step and follow the steps through until you are contacted.

What to include when opening a ticket

Please include as much information as possible about the issue, what portion of the system is affected.

Include

  • Company Name
  • System Version
  • Date/Time the issue occurred
  • Always include a call back number in your emails to support@vortalsoft.com
  • Agent(s) affected
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Description of what you cannot do
