As Senior Vice President: Global Contact Center Practice, Ann-Marie is our Chief Solutions and Customer officer and is responsible for the strategy and overall management of VortalSoft Global Contact Center Practice, which includes Global Technology & Operations, Enterprise Sales, Implementations, Applications Development, Consulting Services, as well as Delivery Services and Support. In addition to overall leadership of the Contact Center Practice, Ann-Marie is responsible for ensuring our customers ongoing success and satisfaction.
Ann-Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University, specializing in strategic, operation and international business and an International Degree in Management (IMM/MBA) from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management
